Replacement Parts for Obsolete Equipment
- We specialize in manufacturing high-quality replacement parts for equipment no longer supported by the OEM. Whether working from worn samples or drawings, we replicate and produce parts that meet or exceed original specifications
Welding
- Welding repair of worn or cracked components with re-machining; using mig, stick, & tig
- Welding and fabricating of new components
Repair/Rebuilding
- Stamping Press & Press Brake Repair
- Flywheel clutch / brake units removed and repaired.
- Repair of Hydraulic Motor/Pump Assemblies
- Lubrication systems oil/grease repaired, up-dated and installed new.
- Shaft assemblies inspected for proper fits and operation
- Engine Lathe & Knee Mill repair
Preventative Maintenance
- Maintenance & periodic inspection programs for machinery & equipment.
- Precision alignment and leveling of machines & equipment.
- Press inspections with required repairs and/or rebuilding
- Machine tool inspections with required repairs and/or rebuilding
Design
- Certified SolidWorks Professional In Mechanical Design
- Custom Design of machinery, component parts and equipment using SolidWorks.
- 3D Printing of prototype parts (256mmX256mmX256mm)
Field Service
- Installation and Removal of machine tool and metal forming equipment and their components (Flywheels, Rams, Hydraulic Cylinders, Gear Assemblies, etc.)
- Evaluate/Inspect used machinery machine tools, presses and equipment
- Linear bearing & rail replacement
- Consulting & advisement on machinery & equipment and installations
- Machinery & equipment installation, alignment and grouting.
Relationships with Vendors
- We have relationships with many vendors in Wisconsin, and throughout the Midwest. If there is a service we cannot do in-house, we are able to partner with other companies who we have close relationships with to deliver the product you need. These services include Heat Treating, Wire EDM, Chrome Plating, etc.
1st Generation
Machining of a 9ft bronze bearing in a boring mill.

Lifting the frame of a shear to be installed into a boring bar for machining.
